We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Payments Expert to join our Paysystem Expert Unit Team of Core Banking & Clients Tribe
The responsibility of this team is develop & control of clearing and Treasury processes, focused to the E2E Customer Journey, from ensure the properly work of the process and continue in the customer experience with the purpose to handle day to day operations, process, and delivery for our retail customers in a simple and efficient manner.
The role of people in a payment operations team is multifaceted, requiring expertise in compliance, risk management, processing efficiency, customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities:
Have a deep understanding of payment regulations and compliance requirements relevant to operations.
Stay up to date on changes in regulations and ensure that payment processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Are proficient in identifying and mitigating risks associated with payment operations, including fraud, money laundering, and cybersecurity threats.
Implement robust controls and procedures to safeguard against potential risks and ensure the integrity of payment transactions.
Are responsible for efficiently processing payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
Have strong attention to detail and proficiency in using payment processing systems and tools to streamline operations.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive payment experience.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Retail business, compliance, risk management, and technology, to coordinate efforts and address challenges collectively.
Use clear and transparent communication to ensure alignment and efficiency within the team.
Are committed to ongoing learning and improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes, optimize systems, and streamline workflows.
Are actively participate in training programs, knowledge sharing sessions, and professional development activities to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Monitor the quality of service provided by payment service providers; monitor the provider's compliance with these regulations to mitigate compliance risks.
Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the services provided by payment service providers; review pricing structures, fees, and contract terms to ensure that they are getting the best value.
Gather feedback from customers regarding their payment experiences; actively solicit feedback, analyze customer satisfaction metrics, and incorporate customer preferences into payment processes and service offerings.
Create and maintain reports aligned with business and operational needs.
Explore, lead, and implement innovative payment solution projects; ensure that customer needs and preferences are considered and incorporated into payment processes and systems.
Can lead project or conversation in English in an international environment.
