Position: Payment Tester - Product Quality Assurance
Location: Ebury, Malaga - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from home

Join a high-performing team in a product owner role. As a product-led organisation, Product at Ebury drives strategy for the business, and as Product Owner - Payments, you will be responsible for the performance of your payments areas within the business, for both new and existing products.
Responsibilities:UAT testing for all initiatives related to payments and collections capabilities for all channels with specific focus on ISO migration.Create test strategy, scenarios, cases, and executive summary of test results.Assessment of the issues identified and recommendations for fixes and improvements.Support Product Owners and Technology in the development process and identify issues before releases.Participate in all agile ceremonies.Keep up-to-date with market, industry, and regulatory trends in Payments.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to assess the best way to test a solution and provide improvements.Expectations:2+ years of experience in testing across functional, regression, and scalability, ideally in a high-growth fintech, neobank, software/service company, or in a payment role.Solid expertise in preparing test cases.An eye to identify the key scenarios to cover all aspects of a payment delivery.An understanding of Payments messages and schemes; experience in ISO is a plus.Solid communication skills.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.About Us: Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
