Responsibilities: Mentoring new members and sharing your experience and expertise to help others grow.Measure and track performance of each Payment Processor.Continually assess talent and coach team members.Resolve functionality issues and address more complex program issues.Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.Supervise a team of Payment Provider Specialists to include staffing, coaching, performance management and problem solving.Manage escalations which may require additional research and knowledge.Train team on policies and procedures when speaking and corresponding with vendors.Support the Team Lead into department procedures, policies, and standards.Help the team on development efforts towards successful and timely project delivery.Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Requirements: Ability to think strategically and to lead.Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.Associates degree in Business Management or similar.2-4 years working experience managing people.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Medium spreadsheet proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as Microsoft Office suite.Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
