Your duties in this role will include:Liquidity Management, ensuring all payment obligations are met timely as well as providing accurate anticipations of expected end-of-day balances in all currencies.Managing vendors, including vendor relationships, and internal compliance processing.Managing Multiline and SWIFTNet administration and processing invoices in our CRM system.Processing Multiline transactions in accordance with agreed payment terms.Sending approval reminders for invoices and transactions to respective signers.Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve potential challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.Handling other administrative ad-hoc tasks related to payments and vendor services.Supporting with the preparation of payment and transaction reports.Profile University degree with an emphasis in finance.Previous experience in a similar role or an apprenticeship with similar tasks.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive and diligent attitude.Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.Fluency in English and French.#J-18808-Ljbffr
