Role Summary As a Payment Integrity Project Senior Analyst working on the Payment Integrity (PI) team you will be accountable for supporting the maintenance of the Health Cloud environment for the Payment Integrity team and other relevant projects within the International Markets business.
With a natural aptitude towards Project Management skills, complemented with an analytical way of thinking, you will be able to explain difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical users. You will have significant experience articulating business complexity in the form of business processes and requirements and will be responsible for developing, specifying, validating, and documenting business needs. You will also be responsible for training and maintaining documentation related to new procedures.
Responsible for facilitating and coordinating key meetings including the preparation and delivery of content for steering committees, ensuring that all project governance, outcomes, and decisions are documented allowing traceability and auditability. The role includes working across all international Books of Business to ensure alignment and efficiencies within delivery, plus share risks, issues, analysis, outcomes, and best practices. This role reports to the Payment Integrity Project Effectiveness Manager.
Specific responsibilities will include: Manage the intake form process for all Health Cloud requirements and support queries related to the Payment Integrity team processes in Health Cloud. Collate and deliver relevant training to end users and managers on functionality, reporting and usage of Health Cloud (and any other relevant products being managed). Deliver cohesive updates on any new changes. Partner with Payment Integrity team in facilitating user acceptance test approach and test cases. Ensure operational readiness upon delivery of change. Investigate, evaluate, and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend preferred solutions. Manage small projects/work streams that cross multiple business and technology areas following Agile or Waterfall methodology working closely with the business stakeholders and Project Manager. Maintain change request and governance log and present monthly to senior management to ensure appropriate prioritization of tasks. Provide support to other teams where required in business analysis, testing, documentation and/or managing specific work streams within a larger project. Support the Payment Integrity team in business objectives and organizations to meet the objects to its broader stakeholders. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports where required. Timely and effective communication for each delivery to varying levels of internal and, where appropriate, external stakeholders to provide status updates, manage risks and any escalations. Ability to navigate a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization effectively. Qualifications and skills: You have 1-2 years of prior experience as a Project Manager, or you are a business analyst working in small to medium sized projects. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of core project management techniques, methodologies and lifecycle and be able to show in-depth knowledge of industry standard business analyst techniques including process mapping, root cause analysis, use case models, change control and traceability management. Proven planning, problem solving skills, organizational, and attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate skill and experience in the review and interpreting of complex policy and procedures and business requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. High energy, results-oriented individual able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines. Ability to take up a pro-active role in optimizing workflows of the department. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively on their own and as part of a team. Experience in international private health insurance will be preferred. Any prior experience in the field of fraud analysis or audit preferred. Any prior experience in Agile methodologies preferred. Any prior experience in the use of Salesforce, Health Cloud and/or Jira tools preferred. Flexibility to work with global teams and varying time zones effectively.
