The role plays a key part in the country leadership team for Iberia and is expected to be a key contributor to the Global Market Access network. This position will have indirect leadership over KAMs relating to access matters, and in collaboration with the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for building strategic plans and projects for the access team to implement in the field including support materials, activity and event planning, budget management, account segmentation, tactical plans and priority product plans.ResponsibilitiesLead successful, timely execution and achievement of National, Regional and Local reimbursement for Mundipharma brandsOptimise patient access and benefit from, plus manage any payer or reimbursement obstacles for, Mundipharma's established brand portfolioResponsible for developing market access strategies, recommendations and tools for standardisation opportunitiesDevelop market access dossiers, tools, advisory boards, strategic workshops, and materials with external expert input and insightsResponsible for managing the relationship with the main Strategic Market Access stakeholdersIdentify in advance threats and opportunities that impact on market access, proposing alternatives and strategiesWork together with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory Affairs in order to support strategiesWork together with the Global Market Access team in adapting the global strategy to the local market, leading the design of the local Access strategy, and managing the implementation in the organisationKey skills and experienceMinimum 10 years' experience as an Access managerExperience negotiation with Ministry of Health and PharmaciesExperience negotiating minimum 3-4 products previouslyExperience in infectious diseasesAdvanced MS Powerpoint and MS Excel skillsExperience negotiating assets at all levels in managing corporate governance, compliance, and medical affairs is highly beneficialLife sciences or academic qualification in Health Economics at postgraduate level beneficial but not essentialWe appreciate your interest in joining our organisation
