Role description: This role is crucial for ensuring that our affiliate initiatives are aligned with the real-world needs of patients, ultimately leading to better health outcomes and more effective treatments and outcomes.Main Responsibilities: A Patient Driven Innovation Lead responsible for integrating patient insights and needs into the innovation process to improve healthcare outcomes.Patient Engagement: Collaborate with patients and patient advocacy groups to gather insights and feedback.Innovation Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that prioritize patient needs in the projects pipeline.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with medical, marketing, commercial, access, and regulatory teams to ensure patient-centric approaches are integrated across all stages of product and healthcare projects.Data Analysis: Utilize patient data to identify trends and opportunities for new treatments or improvements to existing therapies.Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and internal teams to ensure patient perspectives are considered in decision-making processes as well as ensuring compliance with guidelines and SOPs.Reporting to the Medical Director, implement patient engagement activities (activation, education) and patient community advocacy relationship plan in line with the agreed disease area strategy reflecting local launch and cross-functional franchise teams.Key relationship manager (as determined within the global disease area patient organization mapping process) with local patient groups, patient communities, and patient experts/influencers.Internal expert on how best to involve patient organizations and patient community. Collaborate with regional/global disease area leads and cross-functional franchise teams on major medical congresses & advocacy events taking into consideration the disease area PE strategy.Serve as strategic advisor to ensure the understanding of existing patient insights across the disease areas and initiate new projects in cooperation with disease area leads to gather and deploy new patient insights.Countries: Spain and PortugalRequirements:Educational Background: Advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.Experience: Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry, particularly in roles focused on project management, innovation or patient engagement.Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of patient needs and healthcare trends.Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.Languages:Spanish and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
