The Patient Access Associate will be responsible for managing, on behalf of pharmaceutical clients, Health Care Professional enquiries to access Investigational Medicines. You will have the important role of guiding Health Care Professionals step by step to access a program, ensuring all questions are responded to promptly and patient centricity is promoted throughout the process. You will be a skilled, proactive communicator, with a strong track record of customer facing service and effective time management skills
