Europcar Mobility Group delivers its mobility solutions via a strong network in 140 countries (including 16 fully owned subsidiaries and franchisees as well as alliance partners).Main Objectives:As Partnerships KAM for Europcar Mobility Group, you will be responsible for a portfolio of existing partnerships accounts and to identify new opportunities in the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal). This position requires sales and marketing skills. You will be responsible for identifying new partnerships in different industries such as travel (airlines, railways, hotels), as well as a wide range of loyalty programs. Partnerships are a key distribution channel for Europcar Mobility Group, allowing our partners' customers to book a mobility service (mainly car rental) with us within our partners' environment. You will lead and implement new segments of customers by selling the full portfolio of brands and propositions of the Europcar Mobility Group.Major Areas of Accountability:Develop and Manage the Partnerships pipeline in Iberia region (Spain + Portugal).Manage & develop a portfolio of existing Key Accounts.Elaborate market benchmark and competition watch on related segments.Selection of strategic new partnerships in traditional segments (airlines, hotels) and in other complementary business models (petrol stations, banks, insurance, supermarkets, home sharing, and others).Coordinate and follow up projects in the framework of new partnership delivery.Define and implement a marketing plan of promotions with the key partners, creating promotional content and visual assets to promote through partner CRM tools, getting more traffic and bookings.Professional Profile:Previous Sales and Business Development skills are mandatory, along with a deep comprehension of the e-commerce/digital environment to drive more revenue/conversion. Minimum experience of 3 years at an international business development position. Knowledge of the Mobility and Travel industry sector is a must. Fundamentals on Revenue and Capacity Management are a plus. Experience as an account manager for Airlines & hotels players (Distribution and loyalty program). Expertise in Digital tools and Basic IT knowledge. Business school profile. Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese language is an asset. Another European language is an option.
