We build scalable, secure blockchain-enabled solutions that supercharge fan experiences using digital assets.ROLE SUMMARYThe Partnership Activation function is part of the Socios Partner Management team and works to deliver value from agreed marketing rights, while also looking to help our Partners deliver ever more utility to their Fan Tokens using Web3 and blockchain-based initiatives. Working with our own clear business OKRs and our Partner fan engagement objectives, we ideate campaigns, tactics, and activations for the development of Fan Tokens globally. Holding responsibility for global activations, the Partnerships Activation Team has oversight of season plans across the Fan Token Partner portfolio and identifies affinity between tactics and the bigger picture. The team is also responsible for building an internal culture aimed at identifying the right data points that support all activity, so we are laser-focused on what moves the needle. We operate with the support of Business Intelligence and we liaise heavily with marketing resources to establish the best techniques to deliver real results.ResponsibilitiesManages, reviews and delivers the activation pipeline with the Global Head of Activation.Supports the management of the partnership activation Budget.Works closely with the Partnerships Relationship Management and Partnerships Business Developments functions to establish, review and refine the internal activation process.Collaborates with the marketing team and other stakeholders to identify key markets and aligning objectives.Acts as primary point of contact for the Socios/Chiliz marketing team for campaigns involving Partner Fan Token and/or our Partners.Uses data-led insight to make informed decisions.Together with the marketing team, co-owns the campaign and activation reporting process.Supports selection of external providers and suppliers as required.RequirementsExperience in sports partnerships/sponsorship rights delivery and planning is beneficial.Experience in project management and activity planning with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English is a must with proficiency in Spanish.Interest and understanding of Web3 and blockchain desirable.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.Able to balance autonomy and working as part of a team.Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
