What You'll Do:The Partnerships team at Criteo is a group of experienced and results-driven professionals who are passionate about driving growth for the company, generating cost-savings, and accelerating the company's strategic priorities through needle-moving partnerships.Our team is responsible for building the most valuable ecosystem in commerce media. We manage a huge range of key external partners while working closely with Criteo leadership and cross-functional teams to bring those partnerships to life, unlocking new opportunities for our business and customers.Our team values strategic thinking, creativity, and using data and insights to build consensus.About the Role:- You will play a key role in scaling an elite Partnerships organization.- The work will range from partner strategy to the nuts and bolts of the teams operating rhythm and systems.- Ownership of key business activities for the team such as forecasting, team meetings, internal newsletters, off-sites, quarterly and annual planning.- Help architecting and optimizing processes, key forums, leadership meetings, business reviews, and all hands.- Supporting Criteo's 3-5 most strategic partners and across the team's practice areas: retail media, performance marketing, and platform solutions.- Developing briefs or executive-level presentations to communicate strategic recommendations, progress, and performance updates to senior management.- Cross-functional collaboration to forecast and measure the impact of partnerships, create and implement processes with legal, finance, and security to comply with internal requirements, support, and amplify partner marketing.Who You Are: Qualifications:- Strong project management skills with analytical rigor and strategic acumen.- Excellent verbal and written communicator.- Entrepreneurial with a bias towards action, an ownership mentality and can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
