This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for an individual who thrives in a customer-centric setting.Your tasks:You will be a primary IT contact for our customers on all integration topics.You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring seamless data flow throughout the integration process.Your profile:Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have!)Solid understanding of basic IT concepts, including hardware and software.Familiarity with different integration types (e.G., EDI vs API).Ability to read and understand technical documentation.Proficiency in designing data flow charts.Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.Active listening and empathy to understand customer requirements clearly.Effective conflict resolution skills to navigate any challenges that may arise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
