David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit a German-speaking Partner Support Representative in Barcelona to support customers of a tech brand.
Position: Partner Support RepresentativeLocation: Remote, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide basic SEO optimization recommendations, KW gap analysis, and partner onsite search recommendations.Conduct content auditing - 1st pass review of online audit results.Prepare presentations with key takeaways and actions needed for a given partner.Provide quality checks & feedback to audit agency as required.Highlight key gaps on partner site and share partner level optimization reports.Onboard and train partners on best practices in content.Troubleshoot any content-related issues.Monitor use of toolkit execution.Track improvements and optimizations, providing ROI estimations.Look after KPI, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations.Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution.Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).Minimum of 1 year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience.A university degree in marketing, ecommerce, business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered.Excellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written), including excellent presentation skills.Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization.Knowledge of eMerchandising techniques and web analytics, as well as digital marketing and SEO working experience will be an advantage.OFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.Work fully remote from anywhere in Spain!Fully paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes.Dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
