Provide users with your expertise and support them in overcoming the challenges of using our software Keep our quality standards towards your customers in mind and are responsible for their satisfaction Learn more about one part of our software and develop practical solutions together with us We'll be a great match if you:
Are bilingual or proficient in German and advanced in English Have made an apprenticeship as an IT systems management assistant (M/F/d) or similar, alternatively you have studied business informatics or business administration Are modern and brainy, like our client.
Therefore, you have a good understanding of IT and are interested in working with modern tools like Zendesk, JIRA or Confluence Interested or even already have some experience in a process area such as logistics, production planning, operations, financial accounting/accounting, wholesale and foreign trade or eCommerce Are convincing through your communication skills and your joy in working with others, and you have fluent language skills in German and English Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs Can take ownership of, and progress cases to resolution or to escalate cases to resolution It would be a plus if you:
