As a Partner Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in scaling our partnerships ecosystem. Your role consists of three main parts. Building and maintaining a scalable system to engage with 250+ partners. Developing an enablement approach for these partners and lastly, utilizing the system and enablement to manage a portfolio of Make Partners and establish trusted business relationships globally. Use your organizational and communication skills to scale Make Partnerships, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities: Develop a scalable system to engage with 250+ Make partners and prospective partnersManage a portfolio of 250+ Global Partners across the globe, focusing on scalable engagementsMonitor and analyze partner performance and develop initiatives to improve outcomeManage planning and execution of webinarsMaintain the partner portal, keeping it updated with important resources and materials for partners. Provide support and assistance to Partners on their Partnership journey with Make. Contribute to the Partner community through knowledge sharing, enablement and hosting Q&A sessionsCollaborate internally with various departments (sales, solution engineering, marketing) and externally with business PartnersSupport the partnership team in improving internal processes (e.g. Faster partner onboarding, information distribution, enablement).Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner management, operations, or enablement, demonstrating a successful track record in these areas.Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Communication Science, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable program.Experience working in a global company, with a strong understanding of international business practices and cultural differences.Experience working conceptually, building programs and processes from the ground up.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that impact cross-functional teams and contribute to the efficiency of the program.Proven ability to independently execute projects successfully.Proficient in organizing webinars, including engaging with stakeholders, creating agendas, sending invitations, and coordinating speakers.Genuine passion for ensuring the success of both customers and partners.A self-motivated and proactive team player who brings innovative ideas to the table, capable of inspiring partner growth.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling direct interaction with partners and the ability to cultivate and navigate long-term relationships with key stakeholders.Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Active experience with SFDC and PRM Systems is a plusWhat we offer: RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every dayMultinational team with 40+ nationalities creating the future of automation25 days of vacation, 24th&31st Dec company holidayRSUs grant for a newborn childMeal and transportation tickets, medical insurancefamily leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and
