We are looking for a commercial, committed Partner Success Manager with passion for the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem who will be the Companial trusted advisor in Spain.
You will be the ambassador for Companial and Microsoft responsible for partner management, vendor relationships and sales (indirect).
Together with the South Europe you will nurture and further develop the Companial channel business in Spain.
Responsibilities: Identifying, prioritizing, and recruiting new partners for the Companial Ecosystem.
Developing business, marketing, and technical plans with managers within the Companial partner.
Identifying and improving partner bottlenecks and communicating/coordinating with various internal Companial departments.
Managing financial-economic parameters (profit per partner, turnover per partner, new customers, lead conversion, etc.)
and processing them in the Companial reporting systems.
Ensuring Companial partners are equipped to compete effectively, win deals, and gain Microsoft Dynamics market share.
Overseeing, supporting, and correctly interpreting the deals pipeline.
Executing opportunity coaching for strategic sales qualified leads.
Advising the Regional Lead on issues within different domains: financial, marketing, channel, and operational.
Market analysis, selling, and achieving KPIs for Companial products and/or services.
Understanding the local country channel ecosystem around Dynamics partners and ISVs.
Serving as a trusted advisor for Microsoft partners regarding business strategy, market opportunities, Microsoft portfolio, and market opportunities.
Driving business growth and partner satisfaction in the local channel.
Handling local issues with onboarding, licensing (to some degree), and general partner management.
Requirements: Demonstrated self-starter and team player qualities, exhibiting a proactive, commercial, and customer-centric attitude.

Solid understanding of local legislations, culture, and proficiency in Spanish language for successful role execution.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of the IT industry and the small and medium-sized business sector, as well as familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and its channels.
Experience with Microsoft Business Applications, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Preferably, firsthand experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central projects and migrating legacy systems.
