The Eaton Energy Transition and Digital team is accelerating advancement of its digital platform and is scaling plans to implement Brightlayer Digital Solutions for their end customers in Europe Middle East and Africa. The software technology is designed to help manage, monitor and control devices along with management of key resources such as power, space and IT Infrastructure in our customer computing environments with a particular focus on data center as well as commercial and industrial buildings. To support this digital strategy, the Partner Network manager will support the Digital Channel team.

He/she is responsible for managing successfully the partners once recruited into the Digital Partner program and ensure commercial success of the program. The Digital Partner Network manager will be in charge of driving partners throughout the program onboarding and certification processes. Once certified, he/she will support the partners and provide them access to relevant technical resources. The Digital Partner Network manager has a strong ability to engage with all Digital Hub teams to ensure the partners can take full benefit from the resources made available as part of the Digital Partner Program. He/she supervises their activity regarding the number of engagements, their implementation performance as well as their training curriculum and certification status.

Qualifications:A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hunting/developing partners IT Project management, Software implementation skills.Passion, energy, excellent ability to question, listen and articulate complex solutions, detailed action tracking, highly collaborative with internal stakeholders.Ability to dialog and create value adding business interactions with all types of partners.English mandatory, another European language an advantage.
