Responsibilities: Support achievement of our financial objectives on Total Contract Value, Revenues, Controllable Margin and Predictability.Coordinate New Services Introductions with the local Business Development Manager.Collaborate with Sales on Partner training and onboarding.Act as deal coordinator for new opportunities from Proposal to TCV recognition process.Nurture Partner relationship and experience for growth.Analyze Partner landscape and financial performance, and identify corrective action required.Gather insight from Partners and provide Service & Tools requirements into product development.Be the liaison point between Partners and Operational teams (Service Delivery, Invoicing, Sales Operations) for escalations.Participate in employee engagement initiatives. Education and Experience Required: Typically no working experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or similar is mandatory. Knowledge and Skills: Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry.Basic organizational, analytical and communication skills.Fluent or native Spanish & English are required.
