You will work closely with sales, regional marketing, and product marketing.Here's a little taste of your challenge:Work with the field sales team to build go-to-market programmes with channel partners & key regional system integrators that allow Webfleet Solutions to deliver unique value propositions and drive growth.Understand the needs and pain points of customers and partners and represent the perspective of our partner ecosystem for any marketing and communications initiatives, product launches, events, media relations, social media, and community awareness programmes.Own and manage pan-European partner programmes for resellers and software partners, ensuring that the programmes match rewards for partner commitment and performance and are aligned with overall company goals.Review partner engagement, making it easy for partners to work with us.Review partner performance and contribution to make further recommendations for driving mutual success.Run pan-European partner events.Cooperate with multiple countries and stakeholders, including C-level managers.Who are you?There is no set route to become part of Webfleet Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:At least 7 years of experience in Marketing or Sales, including at least 2 years in Channel/Partner Marketing and running channel/partner programmes.Experience in close cooperation with Sales.Able to work with numbers, analyses, and related tools (Excel, CRM systems).Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration.For this position, self-confidence, brilliant communication skills in English, and the ability to prepare and present strategies are mandatory.Here's a little taste of your challenge:Manage and develop Partner Relationship Management platform.Drive partner Communications in alignment with Central and Regional Marketing teams across Europe.Prepare and execute marketing strategies with key business partners.Support running pan-European partner events.Prepare marketing assets (e.g. guides, videos, webinars).Provide analytics and reporting.You will fit well in this position if you have:At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 2 years in channel/partner marketing.Experience in close cooperation with Sales.Ability to work with numbers, analyses, and related tools (Excel, CRM systems).Being able to work on parallel assignments with multiple stakeholders from international teams.Good understanding of technology.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration.What can you expect from us?The chance to work in a fast moving, innovative and international team, dealing with different countries and cultures.A company culture that likes to work hard and play hard.
