We are looking for a seasoned, dynamic, and data-driven marketer who is passionate about partner success. Someone who understands the value of working with partners and pulls from a wide range of skill sets including strategic planning, hands-on execution, relationship building, and project management to drive pipeline with targeted sales plays, content, and campaigns.Responsibilities:Develop our strategy, segmentation, and GTM plans in the SEMEA region.Work with a group of consulting partners, agencies, and/or resellers to help them develop and complete quarterly partner-led demand generation activities to drive growth in revenue from Salesforce solutions.Develop and implement the EMEA marketing plan to support a group of strategic partners, including "to partner" campaigns to support the growth objective of the region.Act as the primary marketing contact for these strategic partners including regular participation in team calls, in-person/virtual meetings, and planning sessions.Participate and present in sales and marketing partner meetings, stand-ups, and QBRs.Be responsible for educating SEMEA partners on Salesforce marketing tools, benefits, and resources available to them.Handle co-marketing budgets aligning spend to business goals.Define, lead, and track monthly and quarterly campaigns supervising overall efficiency and lead generation and provide dashboards and reports, showcasing KPIs for the executive team.Drive alignment across different Salesforce marketing teams to advocate for and bring access to Consulting Partners for inclusion in Salesforce marketing programs.Working with the wider marketing team, curate content for our Partner Marketing Center and assets that help partners implement at scale to drive demand in the market.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience of how to drive business and marketing with and through partners.Knowledge in setting an effective partner marketing strategy, balancing multiple projects at once, and navigating ambiguity and exciting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding executive-level communication skills and experience presenting strategy and business cases to C-level executives.Strategic problem solver, skilled communicator, and doer with the ability to drive consensus at all levels.Relevant B2B technology marketing experience, strong solid understanding of standard methodologies in digital marketing and social media.Familiarity with Salesforce & Marketing Automation tools (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo).Proficient in the English language, ideally multi-language proficiency in one or two additional European languages.Accommodations Posting Statement: At Salesforce, we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
