If this resonates with you then we encourage you to apply to join our team at Blue Light Card and contribute to our mission.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for financial services partners and vendors, managing relationships to ensure mutual successCollaborate with partners to execute joint marketing initiatives aimed at driving product adoption and member engagementOnboard new partners, following-up on warm leads and negotiating contractsSupport the product team in optimising existing financial services offerings, focusing on enhancing member value and driving adoptionWork closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that promote our financial services productsOversee the day-to-day operations of the function, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficientlyGather and analyse member feedback to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance the overall member experienceAct as a point of escalation for member inquiries related to financial services productsWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in account management or business operations within the financial services industryDemonstrated success negotiating commercial contracts with highly regulated industriesProven experience in supporting product initiatives and collaborating with product teamsAbility to understand and interpret data and consumer insights to suggest new initiativesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsA growth mindset with the ability to work at pace to meet or exceed targetsOur CultureOur members, partners and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
