Key Responsibilities:Craft compelling value propositions to onboard new selling partnersLeverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availabilityCollaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize customer experience and salesEducate sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiencyTrack and report on business development results to identify areas for improvementBASIC QUALIFICATIONSWhat We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German (must be fluent, C1 minimum)
• Strong analytical mindset with intermediate Excel proficiency
• Ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
• Passion for e-commerce, sales, and helping businesses succeed
• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Qualifications:
• Experience in account management, business development, or consulting
• Knowledge of e-commerce or retail industry
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
