The team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing executive to help drive growth in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and ANZ regions based in Singapore. We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to drive marketing initiatives with key strategic partners. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our business with influential partners, focusing on achieving impactful short- to medium-term growth. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively, building trust across internal teams as well as external partners.Key Responsibilities:Develop and nurture marketing relationships with strategic partners, driving growth through innovative and effective GTM strategies, marketing plans, process efficiencies and CX improvement strategies.Pitch and secure marketing support for our unique offerings, including Prime Video content, Prime retail promotions, and exclusive events, among others.Create and implement strategic marketing plans using both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels to maximise campaign effectiveness.Analyze campaign results, identify challenges, and develop solutions to enhance performance and growth, on an ongoing basis.Lead partner Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Account Management, and Device Teams, to prepare agendas, presentations, and executive summaries.Work closely with internal Marketing Operations and Tech teams and participate in regional business reviews and annual planning processes.Partner with Business Development to explore opportunities.Set and manage goals in collaboration with Finance for your assigned regions and partners.Drive and oversee strategic projects with significant organizational impact, including lifecycle marketing improvements and efficiency enhancements.If you're a results-driven professional with a knack for building strong partnerships and leading impactful marketing initiatives, we'd love to hear from you!BASIC QUALIFICATIONS8-10 years marketing experience in B2B and/or B2B2C partner focused marketing in mobile, retail, film, music, television or gaming.Demonstrated ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving sustained programs for customers that drive measurable business growth.Regional business experience in APAC territories, particularly SEA and ANZ.Proven experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver results.Strong ability to pitch and secure marketing support for various offers.Expertise in developing and executing marketing plans across different channels to deliver consistent business growth.Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and develop strategies for improvement.Experience leading business reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage goals, provide strategic feedback, and drive impactful projects.Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.Strong time-management skills.
