As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you will work alongside our Partner Managers and play a crucial role in programmatically scaling our service partnerships. Your role consists of three main parts. Building a scalable system to engage with 250+ partners. Developing an enablement approach for these partners and lastly, utilizing the system and enablement to manage a portfolio of Make Partners and grow these partners with a low-touch approach. Use your organizational and communication skills to scale Make Partnerships, contributing to the growth and success of the overall organization. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a scalable system to develop and grow partners through a low- and tech-touch approach across the globe Monitor and analyze partner performance and develop initiatives to improve outcome across all territories Develop a holistic enablement concept and manage planning and execution of that concept Maintain the partner portal, keeping it updated with important resources and materials for partners Organize and execute webinars Collaborate closely with a broad variety of internal (Partner management, sales, marketing) and external (partners) stakeholders. Support the partnership team in improving internal processes (e.g. Faster partner onboarding, information distribution, enablement). Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner management, operations, or enablement, demonstrating a successful track record in these areas. Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Communication Science, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable program. Strong motivation to take ownership, to proactively drive projects and work independently. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling direct interaction with partners and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. Experience working conceptually, building programs and processes from the ground up. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that impact cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen and experience working in a global company. Genuine passion for ensuring the success of both customers and partners. Proficient in organizing webinars, including engaging with stakeholders, creating agendas, sending invitations, and coordinating speakers. Active experience with SFDC and PRM systems is a plus.
