What you will do in this role
As a Partner Development Representative on our team, you will:
Secure new customer wins for Cloud
Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both the client and competitor
Tenaciously pursue positive outcomes, using effective approaches to solve problems
Engage with partners assigned to Opportunities to drive partner action to recommend the right solutions and close the deal
Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback and update involved parties on closure, support close plan execution
Create value through the sales cycle and use programs and promotions to accelerate closure
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are native or proficient in English
Have 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience; Experience working within a technical sales environment preferred. Experience working with partner ecosystem is preferred
Have broad knowledge or and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required
Have demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred. Fundamentals certification required
Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology
Have a Bachelor's degree, it's required
Have proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
Take initiative to independently grow technical knowledge
Have exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills and strong partner relationship management and solution development skills
Are success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment

Salary 31,300 euros gross/year + up to 5,000 euros gross/year in bonus
