The local agency you will be working with in Indonesia: Our partner agency is a local agency that organizes tailor-made trips to Indonesia.
Being based in Yogyakarta and Bali, we are a team of 9 sellers and 5 employees (local only) specialized in customized trips and services in Indonesia.
We operate since 2015 providing services in Java, Bali, Lombok, Borneo, Flores, Papua and Sumatra with a specific care for the sustainability and the "slow travel" philosophy.
We cooperate with local partners only.
We are looking for a motivated Spanish-speaking sales agent to join our local agency, from Spain.
You will manage travelers' requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers from Spain.
With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies.

Your missions as a sales agentReporting to Laura, you will be in charge of the Spanish Market.
Your main missions will be:
Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectationsGetting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platformUnderstanding travelers' expectations and specific needsProviding travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activitiesManaging all the practical aspects of the trip Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budgetHandling booking management for hotels and activitiesBilling the travelersEnsuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their tripPerforming quality monitoring during the tripHandling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refundsAdditional informationDuration & contract type: 1 year min - freelance Job location: remote working from Spain
Availability: from November or December
Salary: % commission on sales
Working time per day and week: flexible
You are native in Spanish and proficient in English.
You have 2+ years of experience in tourism and previous sales experiences.
You know well Indonesia, its culture, traditions, and points of interest: it's a huge plus.
You already live in Indonesia (not mandatory!!)
or you are based in Spain.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are customer-oriented.
You are not afraid of the unexpected and adaptable.
You are good at problem-solving and dealing with people.
Organization and time management have no secrets for you.
