We are looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team on the Orihuela Costa. Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate and excellent administrative and communication skills. They will maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times. Be proficient in English literature and be able to work at a fast pace, working to targets, while able to prioritise their workload. If you're fluent in English with an advanced/fluent level of Spanish and some real estate experience, we'd love to have you on board. Tasks Main duties/responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of Administration that is required within the office. Welcoming all visitors to the office. Dealing with all phone and email enquires in a prompt and efficient manner. Liaising with clients to assess their needs, sales minded / skills and able to convert a high number of leads into viewings. Marketing and advertising of properties - to include; arranging property schedules, window cards, sometimes uploading photographs and creating descriptions to new listings if the lister is busy. Arranging appointments with vendors and providing feedback after viewings with our sales staff. Requirements In this role, you'll be responsible for providing all-around sales and administrative support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, dealing with ongoing sales enquiries, arranging appointments, and providing the highest standard of customer care. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be IT literate with strong administrative and organisational skills. You must be a self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy person who can work well within a small team environment. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and take feedback given.
