ABOUT US Camplify is an exciting digital disruptor in the travel and camping sector in a high growth phase in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Spain. It's a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects all types of RV and van owners to people who love van life.POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced local marketing lead who will help to build the Camplify brand in Spain through a focus on brand, partnerships, and content marketing. Working hand in hand with the local ES team they will be the Camplify brand guardian and champion, developing and executing global and local campaigns to help make Camplify a household name in Spain.ABOUT THE ROLEEnd-to-end management of partnerships, joint promotions, and/or brand activations online and offline, incorporating multiple Marketing channels and tactics, including public relations.Working with the global social media team to develop local ES social media content and community management to drive engagement, building brand advocacy, and elevating UGC that evidence and inspire #vanlife.Work with the Head of Brand & Comms and the local Public Relations agency on tasks that incorporate media liaison, pitching, news jumping and potentially spokesperson duties.Oversee and manage the local copywriting and global translations for campaigns and develop flows to generate revenue.Create a strong ecosystem of relationships with colleagues and contacts including journalists, editors, influencers, suppliers, retailers, and other key figures in the industry such as the camping and caravanning clubs or tourism bodies.Be accountable and responsible for organising every element of events and shows, from initial planning and booking through to printing materials and ensuring that all elements are in place for the show.ABOUT YOU5 years experience in an equivalent Marketing, Social Media and Partnership management role.Native Spanish + English business proficiency.Creativity, paired with a desire to continuously look for new ways to deliver a brilliant brand experience that drives outcomes and fuels business growth.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a key-message mindset.Excellent planning, organising, and prioritising skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.Embrace technology and have a digital-first approach to everything.Able to travel, pre-promote and attend industry events.Evidence a strong track record in digital brand building, ideally for start-up brands in the travel space.An in-depth understanding of ES travel and tourism trends and the competitive media landscape is a plus.OTHERLocation: Remote with easy access to Lisbon to attend regular team meetings and eventually be able to visit the office.Hours: 20/24 hours per week with a view to move to full time role within the next 24 months.
