Part-time HR People Operations & Payroll SpecialistResponsibilities:Be the first point of contact for HR topics coming from employees, management, and external partners.Handle the smooth daily HR, office, and country support operations as well as ad hoc projects and topics.If needed, handle the recruitment process as a whole from entry-level to senior positions while acting as a business consultant on staffing requests.Support employees in consulting about employment and local law regulations.If needed, maintain the payroll relevant documentation, reports, and personnel files.Qualifications:High level of English spoken and written.Mid to high level of know-how in Spanish HRs (ETT + Convenios laborales).At least 3 years of experience in this area, preferably managing teams of above 50 employees.Mid to high level of know-how of HR topics and processes.About Us:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
