Part Time Hostel Receptionist - (Barcelona)

You need to be able to manage many different tasks at the same time and still be very friendly and kind with all our guests. We expect you to be - Responsible and multitasking - Well organised, great time management - Creative and pro-active - Able to offer always top service, any help to our guests - Engaged and interested, you are a hard worker - Excellent with people, friendly and welcoming approach - You are great at independent work, but you enjoy working in a team too - Able to speak in Spanish and English - Expect check-ins, check-outs, working with reservations, emails, phones, all requests and questions, you will also work with Food and beverage between other tasks. Part-time position, 3 days a week rotative morning/afternoon/night shifts. This position is very active, not a passive sitting behind the reception.
