Part-Time Atlassian Administrator (Remote Freelancer, Eu Based)

Position: Freelance Atlassian/ Jira System Administrator (Remote, 20-40% Part-time role) Remote working policy: fully remote, part-time freelancer (8-16 hours per week) Fee: 60€-70€ per hour This is a remote position and we welcome applications from within the EU. About the role: The Atlassian (Jira) System Administrator will be part of the IT Support team for our German-based Automotive client. The primary task of this position will be to support, maintain and improve our Jira Software and Jira Service Desk (JSM) platforms. This is a part-time position (20-40%, 1-2 days per week), perfect for a freelancer looking for a second income or part-time role. What you will be doing: Provide day-to-day operational support Responsible for all administration, maintenance, updates, and enhancements of Jira Software and JSM Identify opportunities and create workflow automation for IT teams that provide measurable increases in efficiency Process incidents, service requests, onboarding and offboarding tickets Creating Jira projects, queries, dashboards and reports as needed Onboard new teams into Jira and JSM Troubleshoot, remediate and resolve JSM issues Manage spaces and contents in Confluence Control and maintain the backup procedures (automated and manual) Experience You Need for this Job Several years (at least 3) of professional experience as an administrator of Atlassian/JIRA tools Experience in maintenance and improvement of tools and add-ons Experience in large enterprise system administration Support and troubleshooting for internal employees Designing the architecture for a Jira project Certification for Atlassian Certified Administrator or Atlassian Skills Badge English at a professional level German (nice to have) We Offer: 100% fully remote, work-from-home position Flexible work hours Part-time position 1-2 days per week - perfect as a second job or additional income Long-term freelancer contract Full-time support from delivery and administration managers Budget fee of 60-70€ per hour This is a remote position and we welcome applications from within the EU.
