Due to our rapid growth, we are currently looking to hire an extra part-time Account Manager .
You will report to the Manager of the Sales & Marketing team and will be part of our sales and marketing team, based in Valencia and Belgium.
You will work in close collaboration with a part-time colleague based in Valencia.
Your Role You will take charge of contract renewals, contract extensions, and adaptations with existing clients .
These are some examples of your tasks : You manage our contract renewal calendar and communicate with clients in a timely manner to ensure contracts get renewed.
If necessary, you handle the documentation regarding such renewals.
You handle each request regarding adaptation of a contract with existing customers, either in terms of scope (countries and/or sites included in the contract) or type of services that are delivered, by communicating with the clients to clarify their demands, adapting contract texts, and adapting or editing annexes to contracts, and by frequent liaising until the documents are signed.
You handle requests for extensions of collaboration, again either in terms of scope or type of services.
As with adaptations, you communicate, edit the contract texts, and obtain signatures.
In case of large extensions, you work together with a business developer on this.
In case E&C; develops new service offerings, you work together with marketing and business developers to offer these new services to existing clients.

A long-term contract of 20 hours (preferably half days from Monday to Friday).

What do we think would make you a perfect match?
English will be the only language you will use; therefore excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
Experience in editing contracts in a service environment is a plus, but we welcome young starters with a can-do attitude!
You have a knack for writing to ensure a contract text describes accurately what will happen.
You have the right communication skills to obtain information and signatures from clients.
You can work in an independent manner.
