As we do so, we are keen for new talent to join us and realize their full potential to grow into leadership positions within the business.Responsibilities:Design of specifications for customer data extracts and reports.Design of specifications for customer API change requests.Knowledge gathering with customers to support Single Sign-on requests ensuring a smooth transition.Detailed analysis ensuring no customer data leakage and consistency in output adhering to customer data standards.Support investigation of Single Sign-on and API related queries.Support investigation of data extract/report related queries.Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any API, Single Sign-on & data extract/report related issues.Able to demonstrate the API on request.Communications with other CUBE teams to ensure any customer requests are delivered on time.What we're looking for:Experience with PostmanAn understanding of how Single Sign-on worksPrevious exposure with API solutionsExperience with SoapUIExperience working with Excel & WordExperience with Atlassian suitePrior experience working in consulting firms and/or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantageInterpersonal skills:Ability to build trust by doing the right thing and commitment to rigorous professional standardsOrganised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositionsAbility to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experienceTime management and organizational skillsAbility to demonstrate strong collaboration across a wide spectrum of colleagues, including internationally
