Paralegal (M/F/D)

Your mission Assists in preparing corporate documents, KYC packages, powers of attorney, etc.
for the Group Coordinates actions required for the implementation of contracts and projects Reviews a range of commercial agreements under the supervision of a Legal Counsel Assists in organizing and maintaining corporate and legal documents in a paper or electronic filing system (e.g., Diligent) Provides support to and works with Legal Counsels and Contract Managers in the performance of their responsibilities and tasks when required Supports external legal agents Ensures deadlines are met Your profile Experience in supporting commercial law in an international environment, contract management Excellent English knowledge; proficiency in another European language is an advantage Very good knowledge of MS Office Result-oriented and structured working style, flexibility, and teamwork skills What we offer Office in Barcelona center, well communicated Open and friendly working atmosphere Join a multidisciplinary engaged team Work in a growing, international company with a start-up mentality Flexible home-working options and other personal benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
