As a Paralegal for Legal Entities Governance (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process and other corporate legal resolutions.Supervising and directing the work of 3rd-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance.Maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Partnering with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate reorganizations/restructurings.Helping streamline and manage corporate governance processes and compliance risks.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.Experience in corporate registration procedures in Spain (additional experience in France, Belgium, and Portugal is a plus).Experience in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance.Experience in performing legal research.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and control a high volume and complex workload.Comfortable working with all levels of management.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with an electronic board portal, such as Diligent Boards.Experience in coordinating complex tasks with multiple team members with a strong focus on collaboration.Notary public qualification.Work location: Hybrid
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
