What You Will Do · Preparation of documentation for deeds, notarial procedures. Attestations, legalization of documents and processing of apostilles. · Registry procedures: obtaining notes and certifications. Inscriptions. Request for provisions of funds and communication to professionals. · Settlement of ITP, AJD, Municipal Plusvalia, Inheritance and Donations taxes, associated with corporate transactions, sales and purchases, donations, inheritances and private contracts. · AEAT census procedures for companies and individuals, residents and non-residents (forms 036 and 030). · Assistance for the processing of NIEs. · Obtaining Certificates from Civil Registers, Social Security, Tax Registers, etc. · Processing and obtaining digital certificates. · Cadastral procedures. · Drafting of PoAs and other mercantile documents. Requirements You must speak and write English fluently, French valuable. Previous experience of more than 2 years as a paralegal in a law firm, a notary's office or a consultancy office settling AJD, ITP, Sales Contracts, Mortgages, Council Taxes, Donations and Inheritance Taxes. Experience carrying out formalities and monitoring in the Trade and Land Registers.
