Paralegal

We want to hire a very organized and attention to detail professional to provide support our Legal department. He/ She will develop following responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Legal, Risk & Compliance department as Paralegal Management and maintenance of document database and alert system (corporate documentation, commercial contracts, etc.) Classify and categorize document Proofread contractual documents Handling the homologation process of suppliers and customers Filling in compliance forms requested from third parties Previous experience required: At least two (2) years of experience as Paralegal or similar functions Education: Secretarial / Administrative / Information and Documentation (or similar) Fluid in English, Spanish and Catalan, spoken and written. Excellent administrative skills Excellent computer skills Excel knowledge SAP Knowledge Docusign or other electronic signatures platforms Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, planning and time management skills Self-sufficient and problem solving Highly responsible, ability to multi-task and capable to work well under pressure Attention to detail Good team player Motivated, proactive, dynamic and methodical
