Paralegal

We want to hire a very organized and attention to detail professional to provide support our Legal department.
He/ She will develop following responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Legal, Risk & Compliance department as ParalegalManagement and maintenance of document database and alert system (corporatedocumentation, commercial contracts, etc.
)Classify and categorize documentProofread contractual documentsHandling the homologation process of suppliers and customersFilling in compliance forms requested from third partiesPrevious experience required:At least two (2) years of experience as Paralegal or similar functionsEducation:Secretarial / Administrative / Information and Documentation (or similar)Fluid in English, Spanish and Catalan, spoken and written.Excellent administrative skillsExcellent computer skillsExcel knowledgeSAP KnowledgeDocusign or other electronic signatures platformsSkills:Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational, planning and time management skillsSelf-sufficient and problem solvingHighly responsible, ability to multi-task and capable to work well under pressureAttention to detailGood team playerMotivated, proactive, dynamic and methodical
