We're looking for someone who is energetic, creative, and market- and goal-oriented for a Paint and Graphics Project Manager position.
Your mission will consist of the correct execution of each project, on time and using the necessary resources, managing and coordinating the people involved in every stage of the project.
You will translate a graphic prototype into the specifications of an industrial paint process, anticipating problems, and according to the "right the first time" criterion.
You will communicate with the Graphic Design department regarding the possibilities for application, as well as the required work times.
You will develop graphic solutions for the Operations area, according to the criteria of rationalization and standardization of material and processes currently underway.
What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (Polymers, Organic or Analytic Chemistry), Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering; specialization and/or experience in materials, polymers, and plastics is highly valued.At least 1 year of experience in the technical management of projects on industrial paint lines.Mastery of 2D design tools, preferably Illustrator/Inkscape is desirable.Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodology (or others related to continuous improvement in production) is an asset.High level of English proficiency.Availability to travel internationally.Someone who is cooperative, with negotiating skills, a systematic vision, and a capacity for learning.Competences:Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.Great capacity for negotiation, with both external suppliers and internal partners.Excellent communication skills and experience in making presentations.What we offer:The possibility to take part in an exciting project.Work on a dynamic team in the world of cycling.Involvement in strategic company projects.Form part of a consolidated business, expanding in the sector, with a commitment to innovation and design.Seniority levelAssociate
