JOB PURPOSEThe person in this role will develop paid media strategies and plans across biddable channels and deliver on those day to day. They will use data and insight to inform strategies and decisions, ensuring we deliver the most effective campaigns and they must be excited about testing and learning to understand what works best for our brands.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, buy and optimise paid social media activityRespond to client (internal and external) briefsAbility to report on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basisDevelop paid media strategies and create key tactical plans to deliver on themDeliver media plans to the highest possible standardOptimise existing paid social media deliverablesEnsure delivery of work is to the highest possible standardEnsure constant innovation across all deliverablesContribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experienceManage budgets for paid media deliverablesLiaise with suppliers when relevantPresent work internally and externallyComplete work to deadlinesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORRelevant experience within a paid media based roleStrong understanding of digital paid media, particularly paid social mediaAdvanced proficiency with Ads across a number of social media platforms including but not limited to; TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube. Familiarity with Google Ads, Pinterest and X is advantageous.Experience with brand and performance campaignsIntermediate or higher proficiency in the use of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with Word/Docs and PowerPoint/SlidesAn inquisitive and numeric mindsetAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detailStrong presentation skillsAbility to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
