As a Paid Social Specialist , your responsibility will be to apply the global strategy brand in the area of social networks, with a main focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok or LinkedIn while keeping updated with the rapid evolution of the market.
Your main objectives are the supervision and control of the application of the planning rules, launching a unique and connected work process between client and team, and developing specific Benchmarks by category and brand.
How you'd spend your day: Managing the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring that the objectives and KPIS are achieved.
Assisting in the preparation and execution of social media strategies.
Maintaining an open and fluid communication channel with content departments, community managers, and influencers management to transfer a 360 vision to the planning.
Monitoring and analyzing competition activity in social networks.
Monitoring the results of organic and payment campaigns and applying learning to the global strategy.
Updating, advising, and helping in the technical assembly and product news to the activation team.
Qualifications What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree related to Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
3 years of experience in Digital agencies.
Strong knowledge of the Spanish media landscape dynamics.
Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
We think you're awesome if you: Have a good level of English (C1 or more).
Have worked with International clients.
Management of multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
