We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team of around 200 people, in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.We are a highly ambitious and well-balanced start-up, backed by top national and international investors that have also participated in the growth of other success stories, such as Skype, Wallapop, Glovo, Wix, Idealista, among others.What is our proposal?The Performance Marketing team is primarily responsible for driving the strategy, budget, and execution of the performance marketing strategy. You will help us scale and leverage our customer acquisition channels, focusing on Social Ads, by optimizing performance against agreed KPIs through leveraging creatives and implementing a testing methodology. Our team collaborates with other departments, such as Data, Web Product, and Sales, to uncover valuable opportunities and convert them into actual company initiatives, business decisions, or marketing campaigns.What will you do?Create, launch, and optimize Social Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram, Pinterest) for all Exoticca geographies.Optimize performance by monitoring results and budgets to ensure targets are met (investment, ROI, etc.).Update reports and analyze results to implement adjustments.Take ownership of quarterly objectives and create an action plan to achieve them.Challenge existing processes to unlock automation opportunities (reporting, campaign creation).Identify growth areas and execute A/B tests to collect data and validate assumptions.Collaborate with providers (e.g., Meta, Smartly, etc.) to maximize the full potential of each platform/media.Collaborate with graphic designers to produce outstanding creative assets.Work on cross-functional projects closely with other departments (CRM, content, customer care...) to design and execute initiatives.Requirements:+1 year of experience in Social Ads (other performance marketing channels are a plus).Knowledge of Smartly is a plus.Experience working with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good analytical and communicative skills: we are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers. The analysis of metrics will form part of your daily routine.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, tech, and measurement.
