We're looking for a paid media strategist who has experience in various paid media channels. As Gympass continues to rapidly grow globally, we are looking for someone to focus on strategic markets with unique challenges. This position will focus on high-priority strategic projects with visibility to senior leadership.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for leading Paid Media strategy in priority markets to drive acquisition and conversion.Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase reachability through investigating new channels, testing and tracking KPIs.Partner with external agencies and media partners to strategize and optimize campaigns.Identify opportunities for efficiencies and reach with eligible members.Partner with Paid Media analysts to seek out new digital media channels to drive strategy.Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders to set clear objectives, opportunities, and results.Develop and analyze performance metrics and articulate these to support KPIs.Have fun as part of a collaborative team of people who live our core values.WHO YOU ARE4+ years of hands-on digital experience driving growth and strategy through paid media channels.Excellent writing and communications skills in English (including presentation skills).Proven success with paid media campaigns on multiple channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Native, including segmentation strategy, A/B testing, and strategic thinking.Experience using Google Sheets (functions and pivot tables), Tableau, Data Studio or other data visualization tools for aggregation, manipulation, and visualization of data.Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills.Analytical skills for data driven decision making
