As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our Paid Social, Display, and Video marketing strategy, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:Strategic Campaign Management: Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management across Meta and Google Ads (Google Display, YouTube, DemandGen), from strategic planning to execution and optimization. Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and translate them into actionable demand generation and retargeting strategies.Audience Targeting and Retargeting: Proficient in building and refining audiences using first-party data, website visitors, and lookalike audiences. Experienced in creating retargeting strategies to re-engage users and move them down the funnel.Creative Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences. Familiar with A/B testing ad creatives to determine the most effective variations.Mastery of Meta Bidding Strategies and Algorithm Insights: Possesses expertise in Cost Cap, Bid Cap, and Target Cost bidding strategies, with a deep understanding of Meta's algorithm. Skilled in optimizing bids, budgets, and placements based on ad relevance, user engagement, and historical performance to enhance overall ad effectiveness.Data Signals, Conversion Tracking, and Technical Proficiency: Proficient in setting up and managing Conversion APIs, utilizing data signals for refined targeting. Experienced in advanced tracking solutions, including pixel setup, custom conversions, and offline conversions. Demonstrates strong technical skills with Meta's Business Manager and Ads Manager tools.Analytical Skills and Strategic Campaign Management: Exhibits strong analytical skills for data interpretation and A/B testing to optimize performance. Skilled in budget allocation, performance monitoring, and making real-time adjustments.Attribution and Lift Testing: Experience in addressing tracking challenges in demand generation advertising, understanding the importance of running conversion lift or brand lift tests, and innovative ideas on measuring the true impact of this type of advertisement.Exploring New Opportunities: Stay on top of the market by researching and finding new ways to expand and grow in different channels (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora) to drive new customer acquisition.Focus on impact: Think about the customer.
