.Introduction COCUNAT is looking for a new talented PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST to work closely with a strong team of Media Buyers, Product Managers, and Creatives to generate the best possible results through paid media campaigns.Are you interested? Keep reading :) Your responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads to achieve KPI targets (traffic and conversion objectives) for European, US, and LATAM markets. Oversee optimization strategy, daily scaling efficiently, and budget to achieve results. Explore new product/brand opportunities in terms of audiences, ad creativity, and conversion. Scale efficiently revenue coming from new customers by managing budgets to ensure effective allocation, controlling CAC, and maximizing ROAS. Drive budgeting/forecasting, experimentation with short-term execution, and long-term vision. Analyze audiences and apply different acquisition full-funnel strategies. A/B test different creative assets, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to optimize performance. Implement reporting that leads to action and conduct regular performance checks and periodic business reviews to surface opportunities and pain points that help create an action plan to achieve goals. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in paid social advertising. Stay updated with what the competition or other brands from the same sector are running. Have a clear understanding of which type of creative and message is performing to help the design and creative strategy team develop proper content. Work closely with design, IT, CRO, Influencers, and SSMM teams. Your profile Expert with at least 2-3 years of eCommerce experience running Paid Social ads on different platforms. Highly technical and analytical; comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Strong track record of proven results within a multinational eCommerce space (preferably beauty or fashion). Organized and able to work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment. Teamwork, results orientation, transversal communication, organization, and proactivity. Excellent prioritization and organization skills. Creatively inclined and confident to bring ideas to the table. Result-driven and hungry to scale accounts to huge heights through continual testing of tactics and strategies.
