For one of our main clients based in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with an extensive experience in this area.
You will be part of the Connections (Paid Media) management team of our customer, serving all marketing units of the company.
Your main role will be based on managing Paid Media activities and projects, coordinating the necessary information both internally and externally with agencies and suppliers.
General Data: Type of contract: Indefinite Hours: 09:00 - 18: 00h (40 hours) Location: Madrid- Spain Hybrid Start Date: Immediate Responsabilities : Establish a direct relationship with internal departments and media and creative agencies, where appropriate.
Ensure the establishment of KPIS and achievement of proposed media results.
Manage and coordinate the progress of multiple multimedia projects simultaneously.
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and coordinate the production and delivery of On/Offline projects.
Administrative control derived from the different projects.
Coordination with other areas (Social Media, PR, CRM, D2C) for the orchestration of holistic communication proposals.
Assistance to the professional development of the junior profile of the team.
Control of invoicing and assigned budgets.
Skills: Effective time management, organization and flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
Strong public speaking skills, presentation experience and communication skills.
Solid and demonstrable knowledge of the Paid Media communication environment with special emphasis on digital environments.
Good communication skills (internal team and external team) dynamic, flexible, team player and proactive.
Problem solving skills.
Growth mindset and open to new ideas and changes.
You have a high level of interest and passion for Marketing and brand communication.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree related to Advertising, Marketing and/or Business Administration.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Paid Media.
Previous experience in Paid Media departments and/or Media Agencies will be a plus.
Languages: Spanish, English (B2 or higher).
It will be very good scored knowledge of Portuguese.
High level of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
