The RoleThe Marketing team, which is also part of the Growth team, is a multidisciplinary team responsible for top-of-funnel customer acquisition and brand awareness. As a Paid Media Manager in the Marketing team, you'll be working on a range of growth initiatives in digital channels with other marketing team members, a media agency, analysts, engineers, user researchers, designers, and copywriters. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.Your primary focus will be to manage the planning, execution and measurement of our media budget. The objective is to ensure that we are cost efficiently growing our customer base by reaching our target audience throughout their decision journey. We are a data driven team and will continuously iterate based on insights, A/B testing and qualitative user feedback.
