Mission The Paid Media Executive will work hand by hand with the Paid Media Manager.They will be in charge of driving paid media excellence in execution and knowledge to support brands digital transformation when it comes to advertising, from awareness to performance.The paid media specialist will be exposed to the research, planning and management of search engine marketing, online display and social media campaigns.Functions ·Conduct research including target audience identification, competitive analysis, qualitative web site profiling, search engine keyword analysis, and social media campaigns.·Aggregate online marketing, social media campaigns, search engine marketing into presentation-friendly formats.·Create project plans and schedules.·Prepare and report campaign optimization information.·Work closely with the Paid Media Coordinator in the preparation of campaign schedules, budgets and other project management requirements.·Coordinate and supervise the trafficking of digital media creative assets between agencies, publishers and technology providers.·Assist in the identification and qualification of digital media partners.·Covering the whole performance activity: research, proposal, set up, optimization, analysis, and reporting.Qualifications Competences ·Bachelor Degree ·Digital Performance background ·At least two years working at Media Agency with specific focus on Digital Media.·Fluent English is a must.·Seeks and finds solutions to challenges - exceptionally positive attitude ·Great team-worker - adaptable and flexible ·Well-organised; good planner; good time-manager ·Performance-oriented strategy: CPA, CPL, CPC & ROI ·Excellent interpersonal skills - good communicator ·Channels and tools: Google AdWords, DV360, Google Analytics, YouTube, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads.Job specifications ·Incorporation date ASAP.
