This role supports rapid commercialization of a portfolio of innovation and product improvement projects in the APS segments, giving technical advice to customers regarding the most effective use and processing of LyondellBasell's products. The position also involves providing input and gathering necessary technical and market trend information to contribute to continuous value creation and identification of opportunities for innovation and grade range optimization. Technical support in complaint handling is also a key responsibility.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with the Safety and Environmental procedures applicable by legal, Corporate, Environmental Management System, or any other commitment to which the company adheres.Keep the group informed about information on the products used, dangers, prevention, and risks.Notify the anomalies detected in the equipment that is not complying with Safety Standards or pose a danger to the operator or the person responsible for plant safety.Respect the order and cleanliness of the position and work area.Act according to the highest standard of legal and ethical conduct.Be socially and environmentally responsible.Value diversity and understand cultural differences.Apply quality criteria and their continuous improvement.Ensure that product specifications are met.Knowledge of Corporate Policies and Standards.Knowledge of job processes.Know the Management systems.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for Plastics in Contact with Food. Additional ResponsibilitiesPrepare work plans: proposals, tests, samples, production procedures to improve products.Production and analysis of experimental samples in the pilot line of Carbon Black masterbatch.Creation of new formulas and inspection plans.Execute the product development process or claims requested by the client (internal and external).Examine and evaluate results and present conclusions from laboratory work.Send samples to clients with all technical documentation.ADTS support.Analyze & Match Carbon Black masterbatch from competitors.Develop technical innovation and product design projects for Carbon Black masterbatch.
