We are a medium sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Packaging Designer specializing in final arts to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the final artwork for packaging designs, ensuring all projects meet our high-quality standards and technical specifications.You will collaborate closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure that our packaging is not only visually appealing but also technically accurate and ready for production.Responsibilities- Responsible for design and production in a wide variety of formats including, print, displays and presentations - with heavy emphasis on packaging- Develop packaging concepts and ideas that align with client requirements- Develop and finalize artwork for packaging, ensuring precision and adherence to brand guidelines and technical requirements.- Conduct thorough checks on all final artwork to ensure there are no errors before production, maintaining the highest quality standards.- Executing any mid to high complexity briefs- Confidently present designs to both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of design decisions and recommendations.- Work closely with design, production, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on final artwork for packaging.- Degree/Master's in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Packaging or a related field.- Experience in the design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching and creating prototypes to create eye-catching designs- Experience in large format packaging- Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief- Solid understanding of digital printing processes- Strong understanding of printing processes and technical requirements for packaging.- Skills in Cinema 4D and Redshift to Modelling and basic animation- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting and correcting errors in artwork.- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.- Ability to troubleshoot and solve design-related issues efficiently.- Nice-to-haves experience in FMCG and in creating mockups in 3D and prototypes of packaging designs.- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in final art design for packaging.Languages- English (mandatory)- Spanish (mandatory)- Any other languages are a plus.What we offer- Competitive salary and benefits package- Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities- A MacBook and any other pieces of equipment required- Collaborative and inclusive company culture- Family friendly company.
